During these uncertain times, Elite Physical Therapy remains committed to continuing to provide the therapy services that the Bluffton community needs. We know that our primary responsibility is to ensure the health and safety of our patients and employees, and we are taking that seriously.
As always, we practice CDC-recommended procedures and products for cleaning our surfaces, linens, and hands before and after each patient treatment. We have instituted an action plan should our clinic be affected by COVID-19. If any patient or employee is suspected of exposure, we will follow CDC guidelines for testing and recommendation for isolation.
Thank you for continuing to place your trust in us, and know that we are doing everything possible to protect the health and safety of our patients and employees. It’s important in times of crisis to remain calm, take all necessary precautions, and do the best that you can. Rest assured that we are doing our best. We will continue providing you the level of quality care you have come to expect from us with normal operating hours and days of service. We will continue to monitor government mandates and recommendations, and will update our operations as necessary.
For anyone that is uncomfortable coming in for care, we are offering in-home visits to allow your therapist to come to you, minimizing exposure. If you are interested in this option, please contact our office so arrangements can be made.
If you would like to continue with your exercises on your own during this time and would like an updated home program, please call the office and provide an email address and your therapist will send it to you within 24 hours. Our therapists are also available by phone during normal business hours to answer any questions your may have and assist you in progressing along.
