Krista is originally from Tennessee and received her bachelors degree in exercise science from the University of Tennessee in 2002. She then continued her education at Belmont University where she earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2005. Krista moved to Bluffton with her husband Scott in 2005 and has been treating patients in the low country since she moved here. Her passion is treating patients in their own homes and is excited to provide out-patient services for patients through Elite@home. Krista specializes in Parkinson’s disease and other neurological diseases with a LSVT Big certification, fall prevention, joint replacement and post-op rehab, and cardio/pulmonary rehab. She also specializes in foot and ankle rehab and custom orthotics. In her free time, Krista enjoys playing and watching sports with her husband and 2 children, Jackson and Lily.
